Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hae Ki Park!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jeffson Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Park is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Park circles away and we're back to standing.

Park fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it.

That kick from Park tenderised Gracie's leg. Gracie is trying to keep his angry face on.
Park slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Gracie tries to clinch but Park moves out of range.

Park walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Park leaves Gracie with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gracie is looking to clinch.
Park lands a nice shot that snaps Gracie's head back.
Park takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Park throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Gracie.

Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Park's waist but Park gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Park is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Park throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gracie on the side of the head.

Gracie takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Park tries to clinch but Gracie is having none of it.
Park lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Park is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Park feints and then cracks Gracie's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gracie down.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gracie jumps guard but Park stands there with Gracie around his waist. Gracie gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Park, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
