The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt throws a low kick, looking for Tokarczuk's leg but Tokarczuk calmly moves out of range.

Tokarczuk misses with the combination.
Tokarczuk lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Hunt is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tokarczuk.
Tokarczuk lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Tokarczuk tries to close the distance and clinch but Hunt swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hunt. Tokarczuk does a little dance to reset his feet.

Merik Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hunt uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tokarczuk.
