The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conwell throws a sloppy head kick
and Herer counters with a slapping leg kick.
Herer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Conwell feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Herer's calf.
That kick from Herer tenderised Conwell's leg. Conwell is trying to keep his angry face on.
