Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John The Pitbull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). St Pierre's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Territoire Hostile. The Pitbull has chosen Three 6 Mafia - It's a Fight as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, John The Pitbull!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight stays on the outside here - St Pierre looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
St Pierre shoots for a double leg takedown but The Pitbull sprawls well. He's pushed St Pierre's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
St Pierre shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with The Pitbull but The Pitbull pushes him off and we're back to square one.

St Pierre shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has The Pitbull pinned against the cage. The Pitbull gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Matt St Pierre is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts The Pitbull, as that shot connected.

The Pitbull is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. St Pierre knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The Pitbull tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no The Pitbull has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The Pitbull decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from The Pitbull.
