Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hug Raction!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Veldrane Sengir!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sengir shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
It looks like Veldrane Sengir has been cut.
Raction connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sengir momentarily.
Raction misses with a hook
and Sengir counters with a shoot takedown. Raction fights it but they end up in guard.
Raction on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Raction tries to get out of the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Raction keeping moving, preventing Sengir from controlling successfully.
Sengir is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Sengir prevents Raction from getting back to his feet.
Sengir looking to sit in guard and control but Raction gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Raction gets to his feet. Sengir looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Raction stuffs the takedown attempt from Sengir. Sengir gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sengir closes the distance but Raction moves to the side
and Raction counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Oooooh!!! Raction has knocked Sengir down with a huge combo! Raction steps away and waves a wobbly Sengir back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Sengir is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sengir walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Raction swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
