The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones on the wrong end of a nice hook.
It looks like Josh Jones has been cut.
Jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Slim, pushing him back against the cage.
Slim manages to pull guard.
Slim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jones can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slim thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Slim looking to control.
Jones with a nice head shot there.
Jones scoring with some ground and pound.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones thows a big elbow that misses.
Slim keeping full guard, as Jones tries to pass.

Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Slim has wrist control.
Slim looking for a guillotine here but Jones defends easily.

Slim is looking for a triangle but Jones pushes his legs off easily.
Slim has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Jones doesn't defend quickly enough and Slim has managed to lock this one up! Can Jones escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Slim on a fantastic submission victory.
