Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drako Starnovick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Starnovick's entrance music is Rammstein - Feuer Frei. A fine choice. Drako Starnovick has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Balboa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Starnovick throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

BOOM! Balboa connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Starnovick slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Balboa connects with a nice short shot to Starnovick's temple.
Balboa wants to pass the guard but Starnovick is defending well.
Starnovick is breathing heavily.
Balboa is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Starnovick has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Balboa is working away from the top position though.
Balboa looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Starnovick with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Balboa is nestled in close to Starnovick, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Starnovick works his way to full guard. Good work.
Starnovick will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Balboa is looking to work some ground and pound but Starnovick has wrist control.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Balboa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Balboa lands a couple of digs.
Balboa must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Starnovick really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Balboa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Starnovick swivels though and keeps the full guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Starnovick drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Starnovick is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Balboa is trying to escape and Starnovick transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Balboa is forced to tap! Nice work there by Starnovick! Very nice indeed!
