PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Convents (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Adams might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kronik. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Adams has hold of Convents's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Convents manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Adams has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Convents has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Adams is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Adams gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Adams gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Adams apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Convents isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Adams stacks Convents on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Adams!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Adams, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
