Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Glenn Galloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Archer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Galloway comes to the cage accompanied by Overcome by Creed. Patrick Archer will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Galloway changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Archer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Galloway wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Archer, who protects the arm well.

Galloway is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Archer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Galloway is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Archer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Galloway thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Archer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Galloway swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Archer wants to control but Galloway is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Galloway wants to free his trapped foot but Archer is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Galloway is working for a submission of some sort.
Galloway looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Galloway has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Archer finds it's way round the side to connect with Galloway's head.

Galloway drops back looking for a leg! Archer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Archer manages to kick Galloway off! Galloway jumps back into Archer's guard.

Galloway is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Archer looks calm but he's in trouble here. Galloway gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Archer is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Galloway lets go of the hold and Archer can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Glenn Galloway!
