Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Derek Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sui Hing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hing misses with a double jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Brown looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Brown gets a double leg takedown into Hing's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Brown passes into half guard.

Brown looking for a submission but Hing manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.

Hing looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Brown has picked Hing up and slammed him! Hing can't keep hold of the triangle and Brown manages to pass to side control!

Brown wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hing, who protects the arm well.

Brown tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Brown has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Hing is trying to improve his position.

Hing is desperately trying to improve his position but Brown has a good base and remains in mount.
Brown tries to control but Hing wriggling away.
Hing wants to hold on but Brown pushes him away.
Brown cracks Hing with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Brown jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hing is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hing and Brown has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown is pressing down on Hing's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hing is holding on for now.
Brown working over Hing with some ground and pound. Hing looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Brown prevents Hing from standing back up.

Brown seems to be working for a kimura but Hing defends the submission attempt.
Brown moves into full mount! Hing won't be happy about that!

Brown mounts Hing! Really nice guard pass there!

Brown is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Hing can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Hing tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Hing wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Brown.
Brown postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hing looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Hing defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Brown.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Brown gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hing to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Brown is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hing trying to control the position from guard on top but Brown is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Brown wants to stand up but Hing is controlling him.

Hing gets to his feet. Brown looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Brown shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Brown slips nicely into half guard.

Brown is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Brown looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Brown is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hing sees it coming and defends easily.

Brown is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hing doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Brown.
Hing is trying to escape back to his feet but Brown uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Brown is working to tighten is grip on Hing's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hing has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Brown is really squeezing tight and eventually Hing passes out! Brown breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
