Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardly comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem- Not Afraid. Costa is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stratovarius - Dreamweaver. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dan Hardly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jose Costa!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Hardly misses the target.
Hardly waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Costa.
Hardly is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Costa.
Hardly throws a leg kick but Costa sees it coming and moves out of range.
Hardly feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Costa's calf.

Costa fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hardly sprawls well initially but Costa persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hardly is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Costa seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hardly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Hardly lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Costa backs up against the cage.

Hardly throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
No joy there for Costa, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Costa throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
