Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eddy Franklin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eddie Spliff!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin misses with a few strikes there.
Franklin lands a jab to Spliff's midsection.
Spliff drops his hands momentarily and Franklin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Franklin ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Franklin cracks Spliff with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Franklin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Spliff moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Spliff is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Franklin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Spliff has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Franklin has managed to get both his arms back between Spliff's legs - danger averted.
Franklin is looking to stand up but Spliff won't let him.

Franklin avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Spliff seems to have recovered his senses.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Franklin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Spliff has him pressed against the cage.
Spliff jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Franklin walks away with a smile on his face. Spliff gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Spliff takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Spliff with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Franklin to score with a decent uppercut.

Franklin lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Franklin.
Spliff keeps the fight on the outside.
Spliff closes the distance and clinches up with Franklin, looking for a takedown. Spliff pushes Franklin against the cage but Franklin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Franklin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Spliff.
Spliff shoots in looking for a takedown but Franklin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Spliff's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
