Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Karl Saxon!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Parker tries to keep at a distance but Saxon has taken the fight into the clinch.
Parker changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Saxon fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Saxon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Parker.
Parker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Parker lands a head shot.
Parker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Saxon lands a jab.
Saxon misses with a jab, cross combination.
Saxon wants to clinch.
Parker lands a right hook to the body.
Saxon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Parker lands a jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Saxon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Parker thuds his right hand into Saxon's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Parker lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Saxon shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Frank Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Karl Saxon.

Saxon looks gassed!
Parker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Saxon tries to move into range but Parker moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Parker digs a good body shot into Saxon's ribs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Parker shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Saxon manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Saxon is still in real trouble! Can Parker finish him?
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Parker landing some decent shots from guard.
Parker arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Saxon's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Frank Parker!
