Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Leonidas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ashley Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, King Leonidas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ashley Williams!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams dodges the punch combination from Leonidas.
Williams throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Leonidas shoots in but no luck this time.
Williams throws a leg kick that misses.
Leonidas lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Williams circles away quickly and effectively.
Leonidas uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Williams.
Leonidas checks a leg kick.
Leonidas looks to land a combination but Williams avoids it well.
Leonidas blocks the body kick.
Leonidas moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Leonidas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Leonidas looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Leonidas is looking for a kimura but Williams is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Leonidas to get the leverage.
Leonidas looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Leonidas throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Leonidas is keen to just control but Williams is a slippery customer.
Leonidas sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Williams defending well though.
Leonidas looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Leonidas seems to be working for a kimura but Williams defends the submission attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Leonidas wants to lay and pray for a moment but Williams keeps working.

Leonidas is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Williams is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
