Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Pumphrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hachi Roku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roku has chosen m.o.v.e / DOGFIGHT as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pumphrey tries to work over Roku's front leg with a kick but Roku checks it.
Roku misses with a hook.
Pumphrey fails to land the takedown.
Pumphrey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Roku is fending him off so far but Pumphrey persists. Nope, Roku circles away and we're back to standing.
Roku scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Pumphrey tries to clinch there but Roku circles away.

and Roku counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Roku loads up on a big right hand but Pumphrey slips the punch.
Pumphrey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Roku sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pumphrey somewhat.

Pumphrey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Roku paws at him with a jab and circles away.

No joy there for Pumphrey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pete Pumphrey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roku swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Pumphrey counters with a three punch combo that has Roku backing up. Roku nods at Pumphrey to acknowledge the strikes.
Pumphrey ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Pumphrey throws a nice looking combination but Roku bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Roku tests Pumphrey's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Pumphrey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Roku swivels and escapes.

Pumphrey backs away from a small jab...but Roku lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Pumphrey crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Roku with a spectacular finish!
