The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua dodges the punch combination from Tramadore.
Rua's corner calls for a 1-2. Rua obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Cliff Tramadore has been cut.
Tramadore walks into a left hand.
Rua throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Tramadore counters with a three punch combo that has Rua backing up. Rua nods at Tramadore to acknowledge the strikes.
Rua on the wrong end of a nice jab.
It looks like Rickson Rua has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rua thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rua scores with a sloppy right hand. Tramadore should have avoided that one.
Rua tries for a takedown but Tramadore circles away easily
and Tramadore counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Rua down! Tramadore is looking to finish but Rua is intelligently defending himself.
Rua is rocked!
Tramadore landing with the ground and pound.
Oh Rua is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rua keeping moving, preventing Tramadore from controlling successfully.
Tramadore postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Rua covers up, he's hurt! Tramadore keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Tramadore and the ref steps in to end the fight! Tramadore can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
