Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Victor Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jin Kisaragi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kisaragi is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lust SIN. Victor Alves has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jin Kisaragi!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kisaragi fails with a takedown attempt.
Alves closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kisaragi circles away.

Kisaragi is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Kisaragi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kisaragi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kisaragi goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Alves has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kisaragi but great work by Alves.

Alves is in a bad position with Kisaragi working for a choke. Alves manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Alves misses with a takedown attempt

and Kisaragi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Alves's guard.

Kisaragi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alves keeps working.

Kisaragi goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Alves has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kisaragi but great work by Alves.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jin Kisaragi hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Kisaragi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kisaragi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

I've got Kisaragi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
