The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Klichko.
Klichko throws a right hand that Fili ducks under and follows up with a left that Fili also avoids with ease.
Klichko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Klichko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Fili takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Denali Fili has been cut.
Klichko throws a nice looking combination but Fili bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fili rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Klichko moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Klichko tries to bum rush Fili with a series of wild strikes but Fili uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Fili throws a hook to the side of Klichko's head but Klichko sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Klichko counters with a three punch combo that has Fili backing up. Fili nods at Klichko to acknowledge the strikes.

Fili fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Fili gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Fili escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Klichko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Klichko feints a jab promting Fili to slip. Klichko then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fili slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Klichko avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

and Klichko makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Klichko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fili lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Fili tries to clinch but Klichko is having none of it.
Klichko jabs Fili to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Klichko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fili throws an overhand right that lands on Klichko's shoulder, as Klichko tries to avoid the shot.
Klichko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Denali Fili will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and Fili counters by clinching up.
Klichko is trying to break free.
Klichko tries to break the clinch but Fili is controlling the position.
Fili lands a right hand that snaps the head of Klichko backwards.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fili.

Fili breaks from the clinch.
Klichko slips a straight right by Fili.
The fighters circle momentarily. Fili darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Klichko misses with a jab, cross combination.
Klichko throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Fili counters with a nice right hand that sends Klichko toppling to the canvas! Klichko scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Fili finish him?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Klichko wants to break free but Fili has control.

Fili has a couple of punches blocked by Klichko.
A frustrated look appears on Klichko's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Klichko is trying to break the clinch but Fili has him pressed against the cage.

Klichko breaks the clinch.
Fili slips a jab and a cross from Klichko.
Klichko is breathing heavily.
Fili cracks Klichko on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Klichko falls backwards against the cage. Fili follows up with more strikes that drop Klichko to his knees. Fili keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Klichko! This one is all over!
