Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demarcus Ware (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ware has chosen Put on as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Demarcus Ware has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tony Hopkins's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopkins keeps the fight on the outside.
A head kick from Ware lands but Hopkins takes it in his stride.
Hopkins pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ware is out of range and Hopkins settles back down.
Some wild striking there from Ware.
Ware looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hopkins is fending him off so far but Ware persists. Nope, Hopkins circles away and we're back to standing.
Ware changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Ware shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ware showed some decent athleticism there.

Hopkins is looking for a sweep. Ware is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hopkins has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ware is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hopkins.

Ware fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hopkins.

Hopkins postures up in Ware's guard and throws a big left but Ware blocks it.
Hopkins sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Hopkins working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hopkins throws a strike but Ware rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Hopkins looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ware is one step ahead there.

Ware got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hopkins has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ware has managed to get both his arms back between Hopkins's legs - danger averted.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ware stands and throws Hopkins's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Demarcus Ware showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Ware shoots in but no luck this time.
Hopkins throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ware counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Ware throws a low kick but Hopkins avoids it.
Good leg kick by Ware there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Demarcus Ware seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Hopkins shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ware sprawls well. Ware wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hopkins gets slowly back to his feet.

Ware doesn't manage to clinch there - Hopkins circles away.
A head kick from Ware lands but Hopkins takes it in his stride.
Ware lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ware avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ware wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hopkins, right into the meat.
Ware throws a series of punches but Hopkins moves out of range.

Ware shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hopkins is trying to defend but Ware finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Ware is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Hopkins defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Ware uses his free foot to push down on Hopkins's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hopkins.

Ware goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Hopkins is on top in guard.

Hopkins is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ware has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hopkins is looking to defend but Ware has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hopkins! Ware pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hopkins taps out and this one is all over!
