Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Simo Haeiski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Bruzinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haeiski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Johnny - Beatiful Morning. Bruzinski comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Hello kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bruzinski bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Bruzinski trying to control the action but Haeiski is working from the bottom.
Haeiski is looking for a sweep.
Haeiski is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bruzinski asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Haeiski stops Bruzinski from passing to mount.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bruzinski throws a leg kick that misses.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bruzinski's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Haeiski throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Bruzinski is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Haeiski pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Haeiski is trying to trip Bruzinski. He has hold of a leg but Bruzinski is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Haeiski persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Haeiski wants to get up but he can't break Bruzinski's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Haeiski is posturing up here but Bruzinski has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Haeiski tries to roll out but it's too tight and Haeiski has to tap! Slick submission there by Bruzinski!
