Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lelik Eremia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eremia has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Lelik Eremia is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Jackson coming out on top.
Jackson jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Eremia walks into a straight right hand from Jackson.
Jackson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Eremia on the side of the head.
Jackson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Eremia's head.

That has opened up Lelik Eremia's cut even more.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jackson throws a combination. Eremia tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Eremia looks gassed!
Eremia tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Jackson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Eremia sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat.
Jackson lands a nice shot that snaps Eremia's head back.
Jackson cracks Eremia with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jackson throws out a leg kick but Eremia moves out of range and Jackson only half commits.
Jackson wants to land a leg kick but Eremia is out of range.
Jackson lands with a nice body punch.
Jackson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Eremia. Eremia circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

The cut above Lelik Eremia's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Eremia has eaten all the pies!
Eremia takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jackson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Jackson with a nice cross.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson moves into range and connects with a jab.
Jackson looks to land a combination but Eremia avoids it well.
Jackson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Eremia has time to react.
Jackson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Eremia changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Eremia manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jackson lands a right hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jackson stuns Eremia with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
A punch lands to the side of Eremia 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Eremia avoids the head kick by Jackson.
Jackson sizes up Eremia with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Jackson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Lelik Eremia's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Jackson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Eremia is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jackson.
Jackson looks for the body kick but Eremia saw that one coming.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jackson cracks Eremia with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lelik Eremia's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
