Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frog Eyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giovanni Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eyes fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Brooks.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brooks crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Eyes - the referee stops the clock and Brooks gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Eyes. Brooks manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

It looks like Brooks might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
