Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bronek Simson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Vargas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vargas has chosen Dominican as his entrance music. Vargas has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simson feints and then cracks Vargas's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vargas down.
Vargas looks gassed!

and Simson counters by moving into the clinch.

Simson gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Simson passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Vargas!
