The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goodson throws a looping overhand right but Pantera ducks down to avoid it.
Goodson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Goodson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Pantera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Goodson.
Nice takedown defense from Goodson. No joy for Pantera on that attempt.
Pantera uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Goodson.

Pantera moves into the clinch.
Pantera has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Goodson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pancho Pantera. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Goodson stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Pantera has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Goodson manages to get his head free but now Pantera has transitioned to an armbar! Goodson grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Pantera! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
