The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Nakutin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hopkins doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nakutin counters with a nice uppercut.
Hopkins avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A nice leg kick lands there from Nakutin.
Hopkins tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Nakutin is able to avoid easily.
Hopkins fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nakutin swats away the attempt to clinch by Hopkins.
Hopkins misses with a double jab.
Nakutin lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Nakutin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hopkins stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hopkins avoids the head kick by Nakutin.
