Lefevre comes to the cage accompanied by Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen. The crowd seem to be enjoying Georgsen's choice of entrance music: O Fortuna. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lefevre looks to throw the jab but Georgsen is out of range.
Georgsen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lefevre is fending him off so far but Georgsen persists. Nope, Lefevre circles away and we're back to standing.
Georgsen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lefevre sprawls well. Lefevre wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Georgsen gets slowly back to his feet.
Georgsen shoots in looking for a takedown. Lefevre tries to sprawl out of it but Georgsen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lefevre manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gregoire Lefevre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hans Arne Georgsen.
Georgsen shoots in for a double leg but Lefevre sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sloppy strikes from Georgsen. Those never looked like landing.
Lefevre stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Georgsen will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Georgsen shoots in but Lefevre avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Georgsen shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lefevre manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lefevre is on top in guard.
Georgsen tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lefevre is stalling in the full guard.
Lefevre has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Lefevre works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Georgsen wants to improve his position but Lefevre is controlling well.

Lefevre decides to return to a standing position.

Lefevre walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Lefevre connects with a good right hand that stumbles Georgsen. Georgsen circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Hans Arne Georgsen has been cut.

Lefevre moves into the clinch.
Georgsen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lefevre has him pressed against the cage.
Georgsen tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lefevre just stands there and leans against the cage.
Georgsen goes for a takedown attempt but Lefevre pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Hans Arne Georgsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lefevre moves into range and clinches up with Georgsen.

Georgsen ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Georgsen no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Georgsen is working an open guard so Lefevre takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Lefevre has closed the distance and engaged Georgsen in a clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lefevre creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The referee is keeping an eye on Lefevre - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Lefevre goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Georgsen goes for a takedown in the clinch but Lefevre prevents it.
