Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Tweedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Silva Santiago!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tweedy but Tweedy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Santiago fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tweedy avoids it really well and circles away.
Santiago shoots in but Tweedy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ben Tweedy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Silva Santiago.

Tweedy looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Santiago got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tweedy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Santiago has managed to get both his arms back between Tweedy's legs - danger averted.

Tweedy rolls with it to try and escape but Santiago cranks on the arm and Tweedy is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
