Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Caiaphas Caine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Peter Mendoza was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caine misses with a wild body shot.
Mendoza tries to clinch but Caine moves away
and Caine counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Caine throws a body punch but Mendoza moves out of range.
Mendoza stuffs the takedown attempt from Caine. Caine gets slowly back to his feet.
Caine looks to score with a jab to the body but Mendoza is just out of range.
Caine lands a right hook to the body.

Caine feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Caine is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Caine trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Caine is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Caine passes Mendoza's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Caine is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Mendoza is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
