The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rizzo with a poor takedown
and Tulppu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rizzo takes one to the chin there.
Tulppu paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Rizzo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tulppu scores with a jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Rizzo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tulppu circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mario Rizzo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tulppu gets in close and tags Rizzo with a short punch that almost sends Rizzo to the mat! Oh Rizzo is in big trouble! He turns his back on Tulppu, trying to create some distance but Tulppu rushes him, striking wildly and Rizzo goes down! The referee tackles Tulppu into the cage to end the fight! Tulppu is one violent man!
