Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarbas Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zika Das Zikas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Luis Engracia and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva closes the distance and clinches.

Silva has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Das Zikas uses from the top position.
Das Zikas not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Silva's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
We're going to have a standup here because Jarbas Silva wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Das Zikas shoots for a double leg takedown but Silva sprawls well. He's pushed Das Zikas's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Silva drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Silva seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Das Zikas's chin but Das Zikas turns very nicely into Silva's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Das Zikas.

Das Zikas wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Silva has him pressed against the cage.
Silva has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Das Zikas is trying to keep an underhook but Silva manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Silva lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Silva is thwarting Das Zikas's attempts to control the position.
Das Zikas might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Silva kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Das Zikas is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Silva is staying active.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Das Zikas enables Silva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Das Zikas manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
