The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morino lands a with a good body shot.
Ivanov drops his hands momentarily and Morino takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Ivanov shoots in for a double leg but Morino sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Ivanov has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Morino avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Ivanov has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Morino is trying to keep an underhook but Ivanov manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ivanov wants to free his trapped foot but Morino is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ivanov connects with a nice short shot to Morino's temple.

Ivanov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Morino defends it well.

Ivanov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morino pinned against the cage. Morino gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Morino throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Ivanov colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Morino as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Ivanov is left battered and dazed whilst Morino and his camp cheer!
