Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zed Zelonka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quinn Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen Ice Cube - It Was a Dood Day as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Zelonka with that takedown attempt.
Zed Zelonka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Zelonka throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Zelonka is in Johnson's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Zelonka will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Zelonka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zelonka off to one side.

Zelonka closes the distance and clinches up with Johnson, looking for a takedown. Zelonka pushes Johnson against the cage but Johnson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
