Moneybags connects with a solid leg kick.
Moneybags uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Moneybags lands a right hook to the body.
Mendes blocks a head kick by Moneybags.
Moneybags fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Left hook, right uppercut from Moneybags.
Mendes misses with a straight left.
Moneybags pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Mendes back to the cage. Moneybags follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Moneybags ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mendes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Moneybags throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Oh Mendes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A swing and a miss from Moneybags.
Moneybags misses with an uppercut. Mendes saw that one coming.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mendes walks straight into a right hand from Moneybags - that's dropped him! Moneybags jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mendes from any more punishment! Mendes complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
