Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nek Olob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolando Pagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nek Olob had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nek Olob!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rolando Pagan!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pagan has a takedown stuffed.
Olob fails in his attempt to clinch.
Olob throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pagan tries to close the distance and clinch but Olob swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pagan fails with a takedown attempt.
Pagan wants to clinch up but Olob keeps it at a distance.
Olob tries to clinch but Pagan is having none of it.
Pagan shoots in but Olob avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nek Olob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rolando Pagan.
A head kick from Olob lands but Pagan takes it in his stride.
Olob dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pagan. That did some damage!
Olob doesn't manage to clinch there - Pagan circles away.
Pagan fails with an attempt to clinch.

Olob misses with a head kick.
Olob cracks the inside of Pagan's front leg.
Olob connects with an inside leg kick.
Pagan misses with the combination.
A head kick misses from Pagan.
Olob takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Pagan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Olob swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Olob blocks a head kick by Pagan.
Pagan slips a jab and a cross from Olob.
Olob connects with a high kick.
Olob doesn't manage to clinch there - Pagan circles away.
Olob fails in his attempt to clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pagan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Olob was covering up waiting for the punch and Pagan finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Pagan looks gassed!
Olob wants to stand up but Pagan is controlling him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pagan drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Pagan seems to have locked his on tight now - Olob screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Pagan, as he picks up the win!
