Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamaz misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cordova.
Cordova throws a jab but it's blocked by Gamaz.
Gamaz throws a nice looking combination but Cordova bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Cordova chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gamaz can pounce on him.
Gamaz blocks a head kick by Cordova.
Gamaz throws a leg kick which misses Cordova's front leg but catches the back leg as Cordova tries to avoid it.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gamaz crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cordova - the referee stops the clock and Gamaz gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cordova. Gamaz manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

It looks like Ivan Gamaz has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cordova dips to his left and cracks Gamaz with an uppercut!

Gamaz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Cordova lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Gamaz looks up at the clock. Bad move! Cordova lands a right hand from hell, dropping Gamaz. Cordova pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
