The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Litter did well to prevent Lee getting side control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lee connects with a nice short shot to Litter's temple.
Litter looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Lee is looking to take a break and control but Litter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Lee is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Lee is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Litter defends it well.

Litter throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Lee escapes and throws Litter's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Litter moves away.
Lee throws a lazy right hand but Litter sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

It looks like Cat Litter has been cut.
A chopping leg kick lands by Lee.
Eric Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Litter with that takedown attempt.
Eric Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cat Litter.
Lee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Litter shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Lee tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Litter was well out of range. Poor timing from Lee.
Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lee misses with a few strikes there.
Lee jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Lee instigates a clinch.
Lee is trying to trip Litter. He has hold of a leg but Litter is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Lee persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Lee is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Eric Lee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Lee lands a big shot there that rocks Litter but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lee postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Litter looks a forlorn figure.
Litter is squirming around, avoiding Lee's attempts to control the action.
Lee cracks Litter with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Lee jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Litter is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Litter and Lee has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

and Litter counters with a nice double leg into side control. Lee won't be happy with that.
Lee sneaks back into half guard.
Litter is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Lee makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Lee fails to land with a series of punches.
Lee looks to land a left hand but Litter moved out of range nicely.
Lee rushes Litter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lee scores with a shoulder strike.

Lee stops a takedown attempt from Litter.
Litter is working for takedown but Lee is calmly controlling the position for now.

Litter drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lee dives on top into guard.

Litter rolls with it to try and escape but Lee cranks on the arm and Litter is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
