Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Crag Hack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaqen Hghar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Jaqen Hghar has been cut.
Hghar jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hack walks away with a smile on his face. Hghar gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Hghar is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Hack knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hghar on the ground.
Hack throws and elbow that misses. Hghar uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hack's guard. Nice move by Hghar!
Hghar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hack swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hghar drops back looking for a leg! Hack is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hack manages to kick Hghar off! Hghar jumps back into Hack's guard.
Hack is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hack lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
