Foran has taken the fight to the clinch.
Sept Heures pulls guard successfully.
Foran throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Foran thows a big elbow that misses.
Foran is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Sept Heures has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Foran is looking to defend but Sept Heures has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Foran! Sept Heures pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Foran taps out and this one is all over!
