Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bik Mesh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Go DJ by Lil Wayne. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Bik Mesh enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones connects with a single shot there.
Jones paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Jones lands with a shot to the body.
Jones changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Mesh takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

It looks like Bik Mesh has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mesh.
Jones really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jones closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Jones lands with a right to the head.

Jones is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Mesh can't fight it off and eventually Jones manages to take the fight to the floor. Mesh looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Jones chips away with some ground and pound.

Jones is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Mesh's guard.

Jones's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jones connects with a nice short shot to Mesh's temple.

Jones is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Jones has an Americana. Mesh didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Jones is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Jones hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
