Wilson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Numb kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minowa clobbers Wilson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wilson.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown but Minowa shows good takedown defense.
Minowa ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wilson moves away.
Minowa throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wilson buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Minowa throws a right hand that Wilson ducks under and follows up with a left that Wilson also avoids with ease.
Wilson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Minowa sprawls well. Minowa wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wilson gets slowly back to his feet.
Suzuki Minowa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Julian Wilson.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wilson. Minowa does a little dance to reset his feet.
Minowa misses with a straight left.
Suzuki Minowa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Minowa misses the shot to the body.

Minowa throws a shot from downtown. Wilson moves away and avoids it.
Minowa falls off balance throwing a combination
and Wilson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Wilson darts in trying to clinch
and Minowa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Minowa leaves Wilson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wilson looks gassed!

Wilson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Minowa sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilson somewhat.

Wilson moves to clinch but Minowa breaks away
and Minowa counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wilson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Minowa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wilson was well out of range. Poor timing from Minowa.
Wilson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Minowa swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A cross from Minowa lands.
Suzuki Minowa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Minowa paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Minowa lands a really nice looking cross but Wilson seems unphased.

Wilson is rocked!
Minowa is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Minowa shuts the power down on Wilson. Lights out, game over! Minowa is your winner.
