Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bert Bainite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Some wild striking there from Taylor.
Bainite shoots in looking for a takedown. Taylor tries to sprawl out of it but Bainite keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Taylor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Taylor throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bainite sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Bainite closes the distance and pushes Taylor back into the cage.

Bainite lands a takedown into guard.
Bainite wants to stand and escape but instead Taylor has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Taylor prevents Bainite from getting back to his feet.

Bainite looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Taylor passes into side control.
Bainite tries to bench press Taylor off him but Taylor keeps the position.

Taylor lands a decent elbow from side control.
Taylor wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bainite keeps working.
Taylor working the body and head with strikes.
Bainite tries to buck Taylor off but Taylor is having none of it.
Taylor working the ground and pound from side control.

Taylor trying to control the action but Bainite is working from the bottom.
Bainite is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Taylor has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
A big shot lands for Taylor! That's hurt Bainite! Will he recover? Taylor fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
