Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Luiz Gusmao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sativa Sensei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sensei has chosen Stevie Ray - Pride and Joy as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sensei tries to clinch there but Gusmao circles away.
Sensei misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sensei tries to close the distance and clinch but Gusmao swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sensei closes the distance and clinches.
Sensei stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Gusmao takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Sensei bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Sensei cracks the inside of Gusmao's front leg.
Sensei throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Gusmao connects with a right hand. Sensei shakes it off.
Gusmao keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Gusmao swings for the body but Sensei moves out of range.

Gusmao looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Sensei steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gusmao.

Sensei tests Gusmao's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Sensei smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
The fighters circling - Gusmao throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sensei takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Sensei tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gusmao swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Sensei takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Gusmao cracks Sensei with a right hand to the side of the head.
Sensei punishes Gusmao's body with a nice straight punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sensei lands with a slapping head kick.
Sensei swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A chopping leg kick lands by Sensei.
Gusmao takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Gusmao swats away the attempt to clinch by Sensei.

Sensei works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Sensei gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gusmao.
Gusmao gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Gusmao jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Gusmao misses with a few strikes there.
Gusmao shoots in and gets a takedown into Sensei's guard.
Gusmao looking to sit in guard and control but Sensei gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Gusmao keeping moving, preventing Sensei from controlling successfully.
Gusmao is trying to control the position but Sensei postures up.

Sensei must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Gusmao escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sensei gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Sensei slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Sensei got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gusmao has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sensei has managed to get both his arms back between Gusmao's legs - danger averted.
Gusmao is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Sativa Sensei showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Gusmao's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Sativa Sensei is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Sensei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Sensei throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Sensei fails in his attempt to clinch.
Sativa Sensei is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Gusmao digs a good body shot into Sensei's ribs.

and Sensei makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Gusmao really felt that one!

Sensei tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gusmao paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sativa Sensei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sensei attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Gusmao changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sensei tries to avoid it but Gusmao manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sensei to the ground. Sensei escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gusmao uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Sensei throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sensei slips a straight right by Gusmao.
Some bone on bone action there as Gusmao checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

and Sensei counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sensei feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gusmao's calf.
Luiz Gusmao has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Sativa Sensei comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Sensei winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
