Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, George Hattingh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nickolas Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Sanchez. Beautiful body shot.
Hattingh takes one on the chin but keeps coming.


It looks like George Hattingh has been cut.
Hattingh lands a really nice looking cross but Sanchez seems unphased.
Hattingh swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Hattingh drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hattingh wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sanchez keeps working.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hattingh throws an elbow but Sanchez slips to the side and avoids it well.

Hattingh moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
What's Sanchez going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.
Sanchez tries to bench press Hattingh off him but Hattingh keeps the position.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Sanchez misses the shot to the body.
Hattingh shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hattingh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hattingh looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Hattingh takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Hattingh fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Sanchez to the ground. Hattingh is now in Sanchez's guard.
Sanchez keeping moving, preventing Hattingh from controlling successfully.
Sanchez is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Sanchez not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hattingh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hattingh wants to control from the top but Sanchez keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Hattingh is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sanchez sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Sanchez avoids the body shot from Hattingh.

Sanchez scores with the left hand. Hattingh knows he should have avoided that one.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hattingh walks into a stiff left hand from Sanchez.

Hattingh has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sanchez finds it's way round the side to connect with Hattingh's head.
Sanchez's corner calls for a 1-2. Sanchez obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Sanchez has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Hattingh pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hattingh has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hattingh there as he acknowledges the shot.
A cross from Sanchez lands.


George Hattingh's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Sanchez fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Good shot there by Sanchez.
Hattingh takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Sanchez cracks Hattingh with an open hand slap.
Sanchez throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hattingh stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sanchez ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Sanchez sizes up Hattingh with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.


Jeez, George Hattingh's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
George Hattingh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sanchez is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.


Hattingh is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at George Hattingh's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Nickolas Sanchez!
