The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pearson is looking to score with low kicks.
Pearson tries to clinch but Benevides moves out of range.
Rodney Pearson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice sprawl there from Benevides as Pearson shoots in.
