Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Razzil Darkbrew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Spaseski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jamie Spaseski is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Razzil Darkbrew!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jamie Spaseski!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darkbrew walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Spaseski checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Darkbrew wants to clinch

and Spaseski counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Darkbrew's guard now.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Spaseski trying to control the position from guard on top but Darkbrew is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Spaseski controlling from the top position.
Darkbrew wants to stand but Spaseski is controlling the position.
Spaseski postures up in Darkbrew's guard and throws a big left but Darkbrew blocks it.

Darkbrew wants to stand up but Spaseski is controlling him.
Spaseski looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Spaseski wants to control from the top but Darkbrew keeps moving.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jamie Spaseski.
Darkbrew is looking to clinch but Spaseski is avoiding it.
Spaseski throws a right hand that Darkbrew ducks under and follows up with a left that Darkbrew also avoids with ease.
Spaseski on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Razzil Darkbrew seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Darkbrew lands a nice looking kick to the body. Spaseski takes a step back to recover.
Spaseski looks gassed!
Darkbrew doesn't manage to clinch there - Spaseski circles away.
A head kick misses from Darkbrew.
Darkbrew pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Darkbrew rushes Spaseski and presses him up against the ropes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Darkbrew lands an elbow that stopped Spaseski in his tracks for a moment.


It looks like Jamie Spaseski has been cut.

Darkbrew lands an elbow inside.
Spaseski takes an elbow to the forehead.
Spaseski trying to control the position but instead, Darkbrew has worked for underhooks and has pushed Spaseski into the ropes.

Darkbrew's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Darkbrew tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Spaseski is able to avoid easily.
Darkbrew wants to clinch.
Darkbrew throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Spaseski's head.
Spaseski checks the leg kick nicely there.

Darkbrew throws a head kick but Spaseski moves out of range.
Darkbrew misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Spaseski counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Spaseski.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Darkbrew is looking to stand up but Spaseski isn't so interested in that idea.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Darkbrew is looking to stand back up but Spaseski counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Darkbrew.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Razzil Darkbrew will probably get the nod.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
The fight stays on the outside here - Darkbrew looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Darkbrew throws a low kick but Spaseski moves out of range easily.
Spaseski tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Darkbrew swivels and escapes.
Darkbrew attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Jamie Spaseski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Darkbrew lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Darkbrew tries to clinch but Spaseski is having none of it.

Darkbrew has Spaseski up against the ropes in a clinch.
Spaseski wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Spaseski is breathing heavily.
Darkbrew lands a knee to the body.

The referee is keeping an eye on Darkbrew - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Darkbrew lands a good knee to the midsection. Spaseski won't want to take too many of those.
Darkbrew effectively controlling the action here.
Darkbrew gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Razzil Darkbrew.

Darkbrew lands a big head kick that sends Spaseski tumbling to the mat! Darkbrew takes a step backwards and waves Spaseski back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Spaseski is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Darkbrew moves into the clinch.
Spaseski is still on wobbly legs! Can Darkbrew finish him?

Clinched against the ropes, Darkbrew lands a big elbow that drops Spaseski! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Spaseski is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
