Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Austin Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jack meoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). jack meoff has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Austin Smith's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
meoff blocks a head kick by Smith.

meoff is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Smith could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Smith goes for an armbar but meoff turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from meoff.

meoff had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Smith is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. meoff Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Smith's back instead.

meoff is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Smith defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
