Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flipper Gill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drago comes to the cage accompanied by SuperBeast. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gill tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Drago swivels and escapes.
Gill will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Drago fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gill misses with a two punch combination.
Drago rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gill moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Drago displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gill.
Ivan Drago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flipper Gill.
Nice shot lands for Drago.
Drago throws a hook but Gill blocks it.

Drago throws a lazy right hand but Gill sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Drago moves in looking to clinch but Gill pushes him off.

Drago tries to clinch but Gill is having none of it.

Drago dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Gill is trying hard to land a takedown here. Drago sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Drago swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Gill shoots in and bounces Drago off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Drago controls Gill momentarily but Gill frees himself.
Drago wants to sweep but no luck.
Gill postures up in Drago's guard and throws a big left but Drago blocks it.

Gill sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Drago's guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Drago knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gill on the ground.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A close round but Flipper Gill will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Drago fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gill manages to avoid it.
Gill shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Gill scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Gill is nestled in close to Drago, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Drago wants to improve his position but Gill is controlling well.
Gill is trying to work for a kimura but Drago is defending well.
