PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and French Toast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that French Toast was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Toast gets a takedown into half guard.
Toast lands strikes from half guard.

Pendragon has one foot on Toast's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Toast throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pendragon tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Toast is in Pendragon's guard.
Toast missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Pendragon wants to stand and escape but Toast is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pendragon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Toast is controlling him.

Toast throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Pendragon works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Toast has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Toast postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Toast looks up at the clock and then as Pendragon takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Toast smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Mike Pendragon's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Toast lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Pendragon! Toast senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Pendragon out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!
