The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kechman is looking to score with low kicks.
O Leary loads up on a big right hand but Kechman slips the punch.
Kechman defends well against a solid takedown attempt from O Leary.
O Leary connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kechman's hands.
Kechman throws a solid leg kick but O Leary takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kechman.
Kechman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. O Leary manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kechman throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but O Leary blocks it with crossed arms.

Kechman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

O Leary's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kechman utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Kechman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for O Leary on the ground.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kechman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

O Leary is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Kechman manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
