The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Phillips.
Phillips tries to move into range but Tynin moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Ian Phillips has been cut.
Phillips swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Phillips lands a lovely overhand right.
Tynin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Phillips circles away quickly and effectively.
Phillips throws a right and a left that both miss.
Phillips misses the shot to the body.
A slow jab from Phillips misses its intended target.
An inside leg kick from Tynin misses.
Phillips shoots for a takedown but Tynin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Phillips throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Phillips throws a looping overhand right but Tynin ducks down to avoid it.

and Phillips takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Phillips connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
A slow jab from Phillips misses its intended target.
Tynin blocks a jab.
Some wild striking there from Tynin.
Phillips seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Tynin shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Phillips is backing up but Tynin catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Phillips covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Tynin Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
